1. Overview
Paretoscope provides a public Pareto chart and 80/20 analysis tool. The calculator is designed to process ordinary chart data in the browser and does not require an account.
2. Data you enter
Data entered into the calculator is processed in your browser for the purpose of calculating and displaying the chart. Share links may encode the chart data in the URL. Do not enter confidential, sensitive, or personally identifiable information if you do not want it represented in a shareable URL.
3. Cookies and advertising
Paretoscope may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, measurement, and advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to personalize or measure ads and to limit repetitive advertising. Where required, visitors are presented with a consent mechanism and applicable choices.
4. GDPR and EEA/UK rights
Where applicable, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, as well as rights related to consent. Requests can be sent to support@paretoscope.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
5. California privacy
Where applicable under California law, consumers may have rights concerning access, deletion, correction, and certain disclosures about personal information. Paretoscope does not sell personal information in the ordinary operation of the tool.
6. Third-party services
We may use hosting, analytics, advertising, email, or other service providers. Their processing is governed by their own privacy notices. We do not ask visitors to create accounts for the core calculator.
